SNS API 안내: NK AI Studio은 총 12개 SNS 플랫폼과의 자동 배포 연동을 순차적으로 구축 중입니다. 현재는 Instagram(Instagram Graph API v21.0)만 연동이 완료된 상태입니다. 각 SNS 계정 연동은 이용자가 직접 OAuth 2.0 인증을 통해 수행하며, 회사는 해당 플랫폼이 허용하는 범위 내에서만 데이터를 처리합니다. 연동 해제 시 관련 토큰 및 데이터를 즉시 삭제합니다. 추가 플랫폼 연동 시 본 방침을 업데이트하여 사전 고지합니다.

Instagram API 데이터 사용 고지: NK AI Studio은 Instagram Graph API v21.0을 통해 이용자 계정 데이터에 접근합니다. 수집된 데이터는 해당 이용자의 콘텐츠 자동 게시 및 계정 분석 목적으로만 사용되며, 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 이용자는 Meta 계정 설정에서 언제든지 NK AI Studio의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 추가 플랫폼 연동 시 각 플랫폼의 API 데이터 사용 내역을 본 방침에 별도 고지합니다.

6개인정보 파기 절차 및 방법
회사는 개인정보 보유 기간의 경과, 처리 목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 된 경우에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
파기 절차: 파기 사유 발생 → 개인정보 보호책임자 승인 → 파기 실행 → 파기 결과 기록
전자적 파일: 복원 불가능한 기술적 방법으로 영구 삭제 (덮어쓰기 또는 초기화)
종이 서류: 분쇄 또는 소각
SNS 연동 토큰: 연동 해제 요청 즉시 서버에서 삭제하고 해당 플랫폼에 토큰 폐기 요청
회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 즉시 파기 처리됩니다. 단, 관련 법령에 의해 일정 기간 보존이 필요한 정보는 별도 데이터베이스에 분리 보관 후 기간 만료 시 파기합니다.

이용자(또는 법정대리인)는 언제든지 다음과 같은 개인정보 보호 관련 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
열람 요구: 회사가 보유한 본인의 개인정보 열람 요청
정정·삭제 요구: 오류가 있는 개인정보의 정정 또는 삭제 요청
처리정지 요구: 개인정보 처리의 일시 정지 요청
동의 철회: 개인정보 수집·이용에 대한 동의 철회 (서비스 이용 제한 발생 가능)
이동 요구: 본인의 개인정보를 다른 개인정보처리자에게 이전 요청 (해당하는 경우)

SNS API Notice: NK AI Studio is progressively building auto-publishing integrations with 12 SNS platforms. Currently, only Instagram (Instagram Graph API v21.0) is live. Each SNS connection is initiated by the user via OAuth 2.0. The Company processes data only within the scope permitted by each platform. Upon disconnection, all related tokens and data are deleted immediately. This policy will be updated with advance notice as additional platforms go live.
2Purposes of Collection & Use
Collected personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

The Company does not, in principle, share personal information with third parties. Exceptions include:

Instagram API Data Use Disclosure: NK AI Studio accesses user account data through the Instagram Graph API v21.0. Data collected is used solely for content auto-publishing and account analytics for the respective user, and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Users may revoke NK AI Studio's access at any time through Meta account settings. Data use details for each additional platform will be disclosed in this policy when that integration goes live.

6Data Destruction Procedures
When personal information is no longer necessary (retention period expired, purpose fulfilled), it is destroyed without delay.

Electronic files: Permanently deleted using technically irreversible methods (overwriting or reformatting)
Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated
SNS tokens: Deleted from servers immediately upon disconnection, and token revocation is requested from the platform
Upon account deletion, personal information is destroyed immediately. Data required to be retained by law is stored in a separate database and destroyed upon expiry of the applicable retention period.
